A Random Act of Kindness

Today is the first night of Hanukkah, a time when the Jewish faith celebrate the miracles of God.

Whether you are a person of faith or not, you can absolutely spread joy and kindness to a complete stranger.

When you do something for someone else, it gets you out of your head and you feel good.

Today I invite you to complete at least one completely random act of kindness. I promise you won't regret it.
