Be Brave

Bravery is a muscle that needs to be strengthened just like everything else.

The more often you step toward your dream, even though it scares you, the more comfortable you become with being uncomfortable. 

Today I invite you to do 1 brave thing. It can be big, like speaking on a Zoom call in front of thousands. Or it can be something small...maybe something as small as two little letters.

Maybe your big brave act will be saying NO to something that doesn't serve you.
